Current enrollment period for students: February/August

  • Sophomore: February/August
  • During the course registration period for current students, returning and readmitted students also register for classes.

Early March/Early September is the re-enrollment period for courses (planned)

  • After the correction period, course registration and adjustments are no longer possible.

Internet usage for course registration (Course registration and correction are possible 24 hours within the period)

  • Click "Go to Course Registration WEB" in the banner at the bottom of Hanyang University's homepage and log in, or visit https://portal.hanyang.ac.kr/sugang/sulg.do and log in.
  • If you are unsure of your student number, click [Find student number] at the bottom of the login screen. If you did not change your password, your resident registration number is the default password.
  • Students who do not have an alien registration number or who are unable to log in with an alien registration number should enter their information as male (date of birth +500000) or female (date of birth +600000).

Class sort

This is a face-to-face class that may be altered in the future based on the social distance upgrade level. Please be advised that the final class structure will be confirmed following registration.

Verify degree completion

Before registering for courses each semester, check the Hanyangin (HY-in) 'Graduation Status Inquiry' menu and the course registration system.

Through this, you can check the details of credit completion for each area, graduation requirements, various qualification tests, and eligibility requirements for thesis application requests.

This will help you plan your classes for the upcoming semester and prevent graduation delays.

Methodology for determining a student's status

  • Please do so only after consulting with your advisor about the specific major course requirements or graduation requirements for each department.
  • Outside of the course registration correction period, modifications or cancellations cannot be made, so please exercise caution. The enrollment of substitute students is prohibited. After completing course registration, you must print and review the course schedule before retaining it. ( You are accountable for any disadvantages resulting from incorrect course registration and course registration.)

Credits allowed for enrollment maximum

  • You may enroll in up to 15 credits during the second semester, and up to 18 credits if you include prerequisites.
  • Some core courses (Stem Cell AtoZ) are merged after the course registration correction period; consequently, the representative instructor is not displayed when registering for courses in the Department of Clinical Sciences. Please

※ If you are applying for a course in a department other than the one opened in your department, you may receive a request for correction of course registration at the professor's request; therefore, please register for the course in your department first.
