How to pay tuition

  • Each student is assigned a unique account number for sending tuition.

  • Payment can be made through deposit without a bankbook through all channels (direct visit, ATM, phone banking, Internet banking, etc.) (However, when depositing to another bank, the transfer fee is borne by the person / fee waived when using Shinhan Bank)
  • The tuition fee must be deposited in a lump sum according to the tuition fee indicated on the bill, and if the registration amount is not correct, a remittance error will occur. If you set an amount other than the registered amount for the purpose of checking your account and make an account inquiry, the virtual account may not be inquired or a message of unreceipt may be displayed.
    (Since partial remittance is not allowed for tuition payment, please check your transfer limit in advance.)
  • If you pay using internet banking on the website of a securities company or a merchant bank, you may not be able to receive your virtual account.
  • Tuition payment can be made to a virtual account from 09:00 to 23:30 every day during the registration period.
  • Payments such as student dues, member dues, and alumni dues are optional, so if you want to pay, you can add them to the registration amount or make additional payments to the same virtual account after paying the tuition.
  • As the insurance premium is a mandatory payment amount, it must be paid in addition to the registration amount. (Insurance premiums are notified only to foreign students who are subject to payment.)
  • If a current student receives full scholarship reduction and the tuition fee to be paid is ‘0’, it will be confirmed as ‘registration completed’ on the tuition bill, and in this case, the current student does not need to register.
    (‘0’ registration processing is only applicable to freshmen.)

Verifying payment for tuition

    After paying the tuition fee, you can print out the confirmation of tuition payment online 10 minutes later.
  • During the registration period for enrolled students for the corresponding semester, you can search and print by selecting [Tuition confirmation] as the output category in [Tuition bill and confirmation] in the notice. (Date of birth, student number, name required)
    ※ Tuition payment confirmation must be checked/printed by the person in person, and issuance by visit or phone request is not possible.

Tuition installment payment is a system in which tuition is paid in installments to reduce the financial burden of students and parents who cannot pay the full tuition during the registration period.

How to apply for installment payment (available only during the installment application period)

  • After applying for installment payment, pay within the period by printing out the tuition bill for each class in the portal's MY Home menu

Installment payment amount

  • After applying for installment payment, you can check the exact amount by printing out the tuition bill for each period in the MY Home menu of the portal (you can also check the example amount for each installment payment period in the notice printed together when printing the bill)

  • • Even re-admitted students can apply for payment in installments, but the admission fee must be paid in full in the first payment
  • Tuition fee is paid in 3 equal installments in case of application for 4 additional installments (academic students) period applicants, but the truncated amount in units of 10 won is paid in the first payment period.
  • Payments (student dues, member dues, alumni dues) are notified only in the 1st installment payment, and if you wish to pay, you can add the payment to the registration amount or make additional deposits to the same virtual account after paying the tuition.
  • In the case of international students who are subject to payment of insurance premiums, the insurance premiums will be notified on the installment registration notice.

Notes for Applicants for Installment Payment

  • Students who are paying tuition in installments cannot apply for withdrawal or leave of absence.
  • If the scholarship is canceled during installment registration, or if tuition reduction or exemption occurs due to scholarship, the registration amount will change as it is reflected in the next installment payment notice.
  • Installment Payment Differential Installment Application Addition (Academic Students) Applicants who fail to pay the second installment payment during the period will be treated as unregistered expulsion.
  • If the tuition is not paid in full by the last installment during installment payment, the student will be expelled for non-registration in installments.
  • The number of installment payments may be limited if it interferes with the smooth academic administration.
  • If there is an unpaid balance during the installment payment and the payment period has elapsed and has accumulated twice, the application for installment payment is restricted.
  • Students who have applied for government student loans cannot register for government student loans when applying for installment payment.
