1. 공개발표회 발표 대상

 가. 연구계획서 발표자 

 - 2024 - 1학기 연구계획서 입력자 및 연구계획서 미발표자

 (석사, 박사 과정 3기 이상 학생 및 수료생 / 석박통합과정 5기 이상 학생 및 수료생) 

 나. 학위청구논문 발표자

 - 2024 - 1학기 학위청구논문신청예정자 및 학위청구논문 미발표자

 (석사, 박사 과정 4기 이상 학생 및 수료생 / 석박통합과정 6기 이상 학생 및 수료생) 

2. 공개발표회 신청기간

 가. 학생 신청기간 : 2024.3.18 (월) ~ 2024. 3 .22 (금) 23:59

 나. 신청방법 : 구글폼 작성 (링크: https://forms.gle/bgFNA2suiLs6t33A7)

     *구글폼 신청이 어려울 경우 메일로 신청 

     * 폼은 3월 18일(월)에 오픈 예정입니다. 

       3월 18일 오전 헤이영캠퍼스 메세지 송부/ 메일 송부/ 홈페이지 공지사항에 업로드 예정이오니 행정팀 안내를 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다. 

3. 공개발표회 초록 제출기간

 가. 제출기간 : 2024.04.05 (금) ~ 2024.04.09 (화) 17:00

 나. 제출방법 : 의생명공학전문대학원 행정팀 (yr324@hanyang.ac.kr) 메일로 제출

 다. 제출자료 : 초록 1부 (붙임파일 양식 사용)

We would like to inform you about the schedule for the application for the thesis and Research Proposal Defense for the 1st semester of 2024 as follows:

Subjects of the Research Proposal Defense

a. Research Plan Presenters

 Research proposal submitters and those who have not presented their Research Plan in the 1st semester of 2024

 (Students and graduates in the 3rd semester or above in master's and doctoral programs 

 / Students and graduates in the 5th semester or above in integrated master's and doctoral programs)

b. Research Proposal Defense Thesis Presenters

 Candidates planning to apply for their thesis in the 1st semester of 2024 and those who have not presented their thesis

 (Students and graduates in the 4th semester or above in master's and doctoral programs 

 / Students and graduates in the 6th semester or above in integrated master's and doctoral programs)

Research Proposal Defense Application Period

a. Student application period: March 18, 2024 (Mon) ~ March 22, 2024 (Fri) 23:59

b. How to apply: Fill out a Google form

 * If it is difficult to apply via the Google form, apply via email

 * The form will be open on March 18.

 We plan to send a message to HeyYoung Campus on the morning of the 18th, and it will be sent via email and uploaded to the website. Please check the administrative team's guidance for further details

Abstract Submission Period for the Research Proposal Defense

a. Submission period: April 5, 2024 (Fri) ~ April 9, 2024 (Tue) 17:00

b. How to submit: Submit via email to the administrative team of the Graduate School of Biomedical Science and Engineering (yr324@hanyang.ac.kr)

c. Submission materials: One copy of the abstract (use the attached file format)

 ① Students who checked the option for a foreign language when entering their research plan on the HY-in portal
