2024학년도 신입생 학생증 신청 방법 안내드리오니 아래의 안내와 붙임파일을 확인하시어 학생증 신청 하여 주시기 바랍니다. 

★ 학생증 신청 관련 안내 : 학교 대표 홈페이지 → 서울캠퍼스 → 대학생활 → 학생증

학생지원팀에서는 모바일 학생증 활성화를 위하여 2023학년도 2학기부터 신입생 대상으로 실물 학생증 대신 모바일 학생증을 일괄 발급하여 

입학 시점부터 원활하고 편리하게 학교 시설물 이용 가능하도록 처리하고 있습니다. 이와 관련하여 아래와 같이 안내 드립니다.

가. 2024학년도 신(편)입생 학생증 신청

  1) 대상 : 2024학년도 학부, 대학원(일반,전문,특수대학원 전체) 신(편)입생, 교환/방문학생

나. 모바일 학생증 발급 안내

  1) 기간: 2024.3.4.(월)부터 모바일 학생증 발급 후 즉시 이용 가능

  2) 모바일 학생증 발급 및 출입권한 신청방법

    가) 헤이영캠퍼스 앱 통해서 모바일 학생증 발급 [붙임1]

    나) 출입권한 신청방법

        HY-in 포털 로그인 → 신청 → 시설/공간 → 출입권한신청 → 출입권한 인증

          방법/사용상태 항목에서 본인의 휴대폰 유형 선택 후 변경 클릭

    다) 팝업창 약관 내역 확인 및 '동의' 후 확인 버튼 클릭

    라) 모바일 학생증으로 학교 시설물 이용 가능

다. 실물 학생증 발급 안내

  1) 실물 카드 학생증 신청기간 : 2024.2.22.(목) 13시 ~ 2024.3.15.(금) 18시

     *상기 기간 중 미신청 할 경우 4.15(월)까지 학생증 신청 불가

  2) 신청방법

     가) (원칙) 내국인 학생: 신한 SOL 어플로 신청 [붙임2]

     나) (예외) ① 외국 국적 신(편)입생 (해당자가 아닌 경우 반려 처리됨)

     → HY-in 포탈 로그인 → 신청 → 학생증발급신청 → 신규발급(Foreigner)으로

        신청 후, 학생지원팀(학생회관 2층) 방문하여 수령

      다) (예외) ② 미성년자 / 임시 주민등록증을 소지한 학생(주민등록증,운전면허증,

        여권 미소지 학생)

         (예외) ③ 그 밖의 사유로 신한SOL 어플을 통해 학생증 발급이 어려운 경우

     → 인터넷으로 예약접수( 신한은행 개인뱅킹 (shinhan.com)) 후, 신분증(주민등록증/운전면허증/

        임시 주민등록증/여권 등)을 지참하여 신한은행 한양대학교지점(동문회관 3층)

        으로 영업시간(9시-16시)에 방문.

  3) 수령 안내 : 신한은행 한양대학교 DIGILOG 지점(동문회관 3층) 방문 수령

     가) 학과별 우선 배부 기간 : 3.26(화) ~ 4.9(화)

       *학과별 지정된 날짜에만 수령 가능. 세부 일정 추후 안내

     나) 추가 자율 수령 기간: 4.11(목) ~ 4.30(화)

     *미수령 학생증 5.1(수) 전량 폐기. 추후 재발급 수수료 3,000원

Dear all,

I hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you about the recent changes regarding student ID issuance and

the activation of mobile student IDs for the upcoming academic year, starting from the second semester of the 2023 academic year.

1. Application for 2024 New/Transfer Students

a. Eligibility: 2024 undergraduate, graduate (general, professional, all special graduate schools), exchange/visiting students.

2. Mobile Student ID Activation

a. Activation Period: Starting from March 4, 2024 (Mon)

b. Activation Method: - Via HeyYOUNG Campus App (Please refer to [Attachment 1] for detailed instructions)

c. Access Permission Application Method: - HY-in Portal Login → Application → Facilities/Spaces → Access Permission Application → Authentication of Access Permission → Select your mobile phone type under the method/status section and click on 'Change.'

d. Confirmation: - Verify the details in the pop-up agreement, click 'Agree,' and then click 'Confirm.' - Access school facilities using the mobile student ID.

3. Physical Student ID Issuance

a. Application Period: February 22, 2024 (Thu) 13:00 ~ March 15, 2024 (Fri) 18:00

b. Application Methods: - (Standard) For Korean students: Apply through Shinhan SOL App (Please refer to [Attachment 2]) ★ (Exception) For foreign students (if not applicable, the application will be rejected):

HY-in Portal Login → Application → Student ID Issuance Application → Apply for a new one (Foreigner)

→ Visit the Student Support Team (Student Center 2nd floor) for collection.

c. (Exceptional Cases) - Underage students / Students with a temporary resident registration card (resident registration card, driver's license, passport not held) - For those facing difficulties with Shinhan SOL App issuance, reserve online (Reservation Link), bring identification (resident registration card/driver's license/temporary resident registration card/passport, etc.) to Shinhan Bank Hanyang University Branch (3rd floor of Dongmunhoe building) during business hours (9:00 am - 4:00 pm).

d. Collection Information: - Collection at Shinhan Bank Hanyang University DIGILOG Branch (3rd floor of Dongmunhoe building) - Priority distribution by department: March 26 (Tue) ~ April 9 (Tue) [Collection only on designated dates, detailed schedule will be provided later] - Additional voluntary collection period: April 11 (Thu) ~ April 30 (Tue) - IDs not collected by May 1 (Wed) will be discarded, and a reissuance fee of 3,000 KRW will be applicable.
