2. The process can be translated as follows:
The student applies through HY-IN. 
The International Office reviews the documents related to leave of absence and return to school visas. 
The International Office provides initial approval and sends an official letter to the respective departments. 
The departments review the documents for leave of absence and return to school and provide final approval.
